The Call - NYC

The Call is more than a festival, it is a 40 day time of prayer and fasting culminating in a 12 hour non-stop concert event. Blackhawk Audio has been involved in many events with The Call, this event was held on the grounds of Flushing Meadows Park in Queens. Attendance was estimated in excess of 100,000 people.

The Blackhawk crew constisted of Jay Wright - Monitors, Steve Weiss - Delay Tech, Carter Hassebroek - Stage Tech, Gary Bowman - Stage Tech, Greg Chase - Stage Tech and Rick Shimer - mostly standing in shorts (see picture above).
